Adults only, always

Everyone on PurrCam must be 18 or older. There is no gray area here: any content that involves or sexualizes a minor is banned outright, and accounts belonging to minors are removed on sight. If you suspect someone on cam is under 18, report it immediately — those reports go to the front of the queue and, where required, to the authorities.

Keep it legal

Nothing illegal on cam, full stop — no illegal goods, no threats of violence, no exploitation, nothing that would be a crime if it happened offline. PurrCam cooperates with law enforcement when the law requires it.

Flirty is fine, forced is not

PurrCam is an adults-only space and conversations can get flirty — that is half the point. But anything intimate has to be wanted on both sides of the camera. The moment the other person is uncomfortable, it stops. Pushing, pressuring, or continuing after a no is harassment, and it ends your time here.

No harassment or hate

No slurs, no targeting people over race, religion, gender, or sexuality, no threats, no stalking from room to room. Disagreement is human; abuse is a report and a removal.

No recording strangers

Do not record, screenshot, or rebroadcast the person you are matched with without their clear consent. A private 1-on-1 room is private. We do not record sessions either — the privacy policy says so in writing.

No scams or solicitation

Asking for money, gift cards, crypto, or "help with an emergency" is a scam pattern and gets reported and banned. So is dragging people to another app to sell them something, advertising services, or running any kind of hustle. If someone tries it on you, end the chat and report — our safety page lists the red flags.

How the rules get enforced

Every room has skip and report one tap away. Skip ends a chat instantly, no reason needed and no hard feelings. Report sends the session to a real moderation queue, and moderators act — warnings for the borderline stuff, suspension for the clear stuff, permanent removal for the serious stuff. Decisions on violations are final.

Context matters in moderation: a bad joke and a pattern of abuse are not the same thing, and repeat reports against one account weigh far heavier than a single flag. But the bright-line rules above — minors, illegal content, recording strangers, scams — have no second chances attached.
