Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and PurrCam when you use purrcam.com. They are written to be read, not just linked in a footer. By using the site you accept them — so here they are, straight.

1. You must be 18 or older

PurrCam is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old — or the age of majority where you live, if that is higher — to use this service, full stop. If you are under 18, you are not permitted here: do not start a chat, do not buy coins, close the tab. We act on any report of a minor on the platform immediately, and accounts that belong to minors are removed.

2. What the service is

PurrCam provides a browser-based 1-on-1 cam chat: we match you into a private live video room with another user, and the two of you take it from there. It is free to start — your first matches cost nothing and no account is required. We provide the matching and the room; we do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for what individual users say or do, though we moderate hard against the rules below.

3. Your conduct

You agree to follow the community guidelines every time you are on cam. The headline rules: nothing illegal, nothing involving minors, no harassment or hate, no recording your match without their consent, and no using PurrCam to scam, solicit, or advertise. Break them and you lose access — that call is ours to make.

4. Coins and payments

Coins are a prepaid balance you can spend inside PurrCam on things like extended sessions. Every coin purchase is a one-time transaction you choose and confirm — PurrCam has no subscriptions, no auto-renewal, and no recurring billing of any kind. Prices are shown before you pay, and purchases are processed by third-party payment providers. What is refundable and how to ask is set out in the refund policy.

5. Recording is off the table

We do not record your video or audio sessions. You may not record, screenshot, rebroadcast, or publish your match without their clear consent either. A private room stays private — violating that is one of the fastest ways to be permanently removed from PurrCam and, where the law says so, reported.

6. Moderation, suspension, and termination

We can suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms, with or without warning depending on severity. Reports from other users feed a real moderation queue, and moderation decisions about violations are final. You can stop using PurrCam whenever you like — if you never made an account, there is nothing to cancel.

7. Disclaimers

PurrCam is provided as is. We work to keep matching fast and rooms stable, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for what other users do or say in a chat. If something crosses a line, report it — that is the mechanism, and we act on it.

8. Changes to these terms

When these terms change, this page and its date change with it. Continuing to use PurrCam after an update means you accept the new version. Questions about any clause go to [email protected] via the contact page.
