How do I start a 1-on-1 cam chat?
Open purrcam.com in your browser and tap Start Chat. That is the whole setup. PurrCam drops you into the matching queue and connects you with a girl who is live right now, in a private room for two. If you would rather pick a face first, the online page shows who is on cam this second.
Do I need an account or an app?
No to both. PurrCam runs entirely in the browser on your phone or laptop, and your first matches are free to start with no sign-up. There is nothing to install and no profile to build before you can look around.
Why can’t the other person see or hear me?
Almost always a permission issue. When the browser asks for camera and microphone access, choose Allow — if you tapped Block earlier, open your browser’s site settings for purrcam.com and switch camera and mic back on. On iPhone use Safari, on Android use Chrome, and close other apps that might be holding the camera. A quick reload after fixing permissions usually does it.
How do matching and skipping work?
Matching is one tap: the queue pairs you with the next available girl and the video connects the moment she picks up. Every room is strictly two people. If a chat is not clicking, hit skip — the room ends and the next match loads in seconds. You are never locked into a conversation, and nobody is told you skipped. Is PurrCam free? How do coins work?
Starting is free: you can get matched and have your first chats without paying anything. Coins come in when you want longer or extra sessions. They are one-time purchases you choose each time — PurrCam has no subscription and nothing renews by itself. How do I report someone or stay safe?
Every room carries skip and report buttons one tap away. Skip costs nothing and needs no reason; report flags the session to a real moderation queue. Keep personal details — full name, address, workplace, anything financial — out of chat until trust is earned, and treat any request for money or gift cards as a scam. Who do I contact about a charge or my data?
Email [email protected] with the date and amount for billing, or with your request for privacy questions — access, correction, or deletion of what little data we hold. The privacy policy explains what we collect in the first place. One inbox covers it all, and humans answer within one to two business days.
